Beginning

Art has the unique ability to transcend everyday communication and show something in a much different light. We here at New Art for Life are cultivating that. Dan Williams’ story of survival and resilience serves as an inspiration to not just the strength of the human condition, but also how amazing the creative displays of those strengths can be. Our first couple of submissions are up on the website - be on the lookout for many more and some potential podcast episodes in the coming summer months!

New Art for Life isn’t just an art gallery - it’s a collection of trial and triumph, something all too familiar to many of us. It’s been amazing to hear what people have to say about their art and how it ties into the world. Humanity can seem very desolate sometimes, and it realistically is. But, there is something magical in being able to turn that desolation (or any other feeling) into something powerful. A situation out of control becomes a situation you control. Please consider turning in some art via the submission link on the home page and tell us about your story.

As Dan Williams always says: “Be fit, be well.”
