21 Fitness Principles Description: I chose to incorporate routine, lessons, grit, resistance, recovery, intentional change, and journey into my art. I choose to see every challenge as an opportunity to learn a lesson. I incorporate routine and am intentional about the way I start my morning. I may resist change, but eventually, I process and accept it into my journey. I make time to recover mentally and physically to show up as the best version of myself. Grit is what keeps me going.
